Submission Procedures

Students are required to submit their assignments to their teaching assistant, according to their groups as shown in the table below:

Before Starting

You are required to form teams of 3 members and send your TA an email with the subject:
                                 Team Registration                       

and the email body containing the name and id of each team member, as well as their group number.

You will then receive an email containing your team code.

Email Structure

In order to make sure that your assignments reach your TA's, please apply the following structure in your emails.

- In the subject of your email, you should write the following:

                    CSIS 301 Assignment X Group Y TeamCode Z

where X is the assignment number, Y is your group number, and Z is your team code.

- The email body should have the following structure:

                               Student Name Student ID

- If it is a lab assignment, then you should write :
                                  
                    CSIS 301 Lab Assignment X Group Y TeamCode Z

Please note that the submission of your assignment is dependant upon the structure just described, so please make sure to follow this format precisely. 


Important !

In order to have proof that you submitted your assignment, you must make sure to perform the following steps:

1. After composing the email and attaching your assignment, you should have something like:


 

2. Click on the "options" button, the following window will appear :

3. Check the "delivery receipt option" as well as the "read receipt option", then click the "close" button.

4. Send the mail !
 

Warning

If you do not perform these steps, you will have no proof of submitting your assignment and therefore you cannot claim that you sent it.
